Important Legal Position
Maya AI is a consulting and setup support provider. We are not a licensing authority, immigration authority, bank, or regulator. Final decisions on licensing, permits, visas, immigration status, compliance, and banking are made by relevant authorities and institutions only.
By using our services, you acknowledge that outcomes cannot be guaranteed and third-party timelines, policies, and approvals may change without notice.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of our websites, dashboards, communications channels, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Service Agreement.
2. What We Provide
We provide consulting and operational support for UAE company setup.
We do not issue licenses, visas, approvals, permits, or bank accounts.
- Jurisdiction and package guidance based on your inputs
- Commercial quote preparation and coordination support
- Process guidance for documentation and submission readiness
- Status communication and coordination assistance
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate, and lawful information
- Review all quote details before payment
- Cooperate with document requests and deadlines
- Verify business/legal/tax implications with your own advisors where needed
4. Fees, Pricing Transparency, and Refunds
Total checkout pricing may include authority fees, pass-through third-party costs, and our service fee. Service fees can vary by free zone and case complexity.
Refund eligibility follows the relevant stage and authority policy. In most cases, once a case is finalized and paid, amounts already committed/processed are not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Authority/government fees are governed by authority rules
- Bank/payment charges may be non-refundable once incurred
- Service fee refunds, if any, are assessed against work already performed and contractual stage
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee:
- License, permit, or visa approval
- Processing timelines or specific completion dates
- Bank account opening or banking relationship outcomes
- Unchanged authority requirements, pricing, or policy conditions
6. Third-Party and Authority Dependency
Authorities, banks, landlords, payment providers, and other third parties act independently and may impose their own criteria, due diligence, and decisions. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, refusals, delays, or policy changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available"
- We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses
- Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us for the specific affected service
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, and materials remain our property or our licensorsā property. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform materials without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
